I'm always taken in quick. I had my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I was told for years I need a deep cleaning but my insurance wouldn't cover it. I went for my first visit at Healthyteeth of course they said I needed a deep cleaning. The dentist wrote to my insurance within two weeks I was approved by my insurance. I couldn't believe it. I have a great relationship with Healthyteeth. I would recommend this office to my family and friends

I had my 6 month cleaning and check for concerns post chemo. The hygienist did an excellent job. Dr. Patel checked the issue and my concerns were addressed. I've been going to Healthy Teeth since they've opened. The Dr. is very helpful & will go above & beyond to give you his professional advice on what he thinks you should do when certain situations happen with your teeth. He puts a dental plan together for you, to let you know what you need to get done. I've even referred a few people here as well & they were always satisfied also. 5 stars for sure!!

I'm a new patient, and I was able to be seen within three hours of my call for an emergency appointment. I feel so I feel so lucky...blessed even to have on a whim found this practice. Due to a horrible experience years ago which ruined my my teeth, had left me avoiding the dentist at all costs. They got progressively worse since causing tremendous anxiety thinking about the pain I'll endure dealing with all my dental issues. I came to seen Dr. Patel with two really chipped front teeth (it started with one and over time the other chipped as well), and three broken molars. These have all broke over a span of 1.5yrs...yeah the anxiety of seeing a dentist is that bad. Having to wear a mask in public and at work has made it easier not to go since nobody saw. It was only when I I couldn't stand the pain after breaking a molar two weeks before that I sought out help. I was completely embarrassed by the appearance of my teeth, but I never felt any judgment. Dr. Patel was understanding, and had me at ease. He not only removed the broken tooth causing the pain, but also the tooth on the same side that broke a year prior and was rotten to gum level. I truly thought I'd have to see an oral surgeon for that one. Dr. Patel did know fantastic job with the extractions. I've NEVER not felt pain with the novicaine injection....so gentle!!! He was efficient and extracted both teeth with incident. Obviously I should have some after having two teeth extracted, but I've had hardly any discomfort since. This practice is amazing! The staff are so polite and professional. The office was clean and Dr. Patel is very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes his time explaining procedures to you. We've made a plan for fixing the rest of my teeth. Never thought I'd be happy to return to the dentist. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Patel...Healthy Teeth, whereas he is by far the best dentist in Lowell!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

Was very happy the Dentist and dental assistant were able to understand were my fear of dentist was coming from. Ended up getting a tooth extracted, which I was hesitant to do but didn’t want to bothered by my tooth anymore. I’m happy the dentist let me ask questions to calm myself down. I’m glad I chose to get my tooth extracted. I’m still in pain but not like crazy pain. Took two days for me to recover so far (still recovering). Plan on going back to work tomorrow.
Dr. Patel is a very compassionate man. My experience in his chair was informative and relaxing. I needed a tooth extracted and he did it right away. I barely felt the novacain needle. He gave me 3 different options for the more complex work including financial differences. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Patel and his staff.

Before coming here, had gone to so many high end dental places only to be told they would not work on my root canal and that the only option was extraction. But then I was recommended to happy teeth. Getting there, i Was so scared but Dr Patel and his staff made me feel so at home. Hardly felt any pain or discomfort. And best of all my tooth was saved, root canal was done and he further fixed another two teeth the were next to the very bad one. ALL IN ONE VISIT/PROCEDURE. I HIGLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Brush your teeth, floss more. And dentist visits are easier... They use a water pic. Not my favorite. But it is a bit faster. Staff was kind and effient. Not fun but I have healthier teeth. Will do again.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist but the doctor and the staff are so good and talk you through everything. I will not go anywhere else.. the doctor does wonderful job too.

I want to thank you Dr. Patel and his whole very cooperative staff for their exceptional services. My father's upper denture broke in 2 parts and he was able to repair it the same day and that too at almost end of the day (we had 4 PM appointment and his office closes at 5 PM). Will you get this kind of service anywhere, I mean anywhere - I bet not. He worked himself on my father's denture and gave us some tips which we have never got before from any other dentist. His attention to details and expertise is remarkable. This was our first visit to his office but may be I should plan to move my whole family to his office (little more drive for me) but I believe thats worth it.

Absolutely the best. Conveniently, took me in last min, and was able to perform a root canal too. Staff there is amazing, very caring and super friendly. Also Dr. Patel is amazing with kids with Autism. My son has been going to him for routine cleaning.
I haven’t been to the dentist for a cleaning in about 5 years, and I left feeling confident.. everyone was super nice, it was incredibly clean, and I’ll be coming back in 6 months for sure!

He is the nicest dentist. I have a real fear of the dentist due to a horrible experience years ago. I used to have to fight thru my anxiety everytime I have an appt for even a simple cleaning. He is so understanding and caring, that anxiety doesn'thappen anymore. I am so happy I found this office, he has helped me so much with my dental issues and never any judgment. Highly recommend!

I’ve had my fair share of Dentist’s that were descent and not the best. After going through many of them, I stumbled across Dr.Premal P’s dentistry (Thank god I did). He is very knowledgeable and educated. For the past 20+ years I never had a dentist that sat down and thoroughly explained the ins and outs of dental problem, this guy did! He cares deeply about the patient’s well being and their dental work-that’s hard to find these days. The staff is wonderful as well they are friendly and very accommodating. I’d highly recommend him. I can’t wait to bring my kids to this dentistry! I wish I found this place years ago and even though I’m moving 2+ Hours away I will be coming back to this place!
They are so awesome here, I have a big phobia of the dentist and I started having an anxiety attack and they worked with me keeping me calm the whole time. I even got my mouth numbed since I'm in pain and have to get a root canal with them and I didn't feel anything! Definitely recommend coming here!

Dr. Patel is very informative. Very energetic. He will tell you the scenarios for the choices you have if you need dental work. He is patient and flexible. I have booked next day appointments with him without feeling squeezed in or rushed. His staff, phenomenal. They are very nice and also very educative in information for both preventitive and post/pre-operational procedures.
